Selection procedure:
There are
three ways of selection as mentioned below:-
1. Through Personal Interview: If our Principal likes to
conduct interview, we will call you, send email, fax, to
inform interview date and place ( Especially to our
Registered candidates), and also if possible advertise
interview details in leading newspapers. This procedure
is the best which saves all hassles of wastage of time
for candidates, Principals, and also for us.
2. Through sending cv’s and Documents to Principals by
DHL/Emails: If our Principal’s are not ready to conduct
interview in person, we forward your documents to our
Saudi Principals through email and D.H.L, against their
current vacancies received.
3. Principal allows us to select ourself: Based upon our
recruitment experience sometimes our Principal allows us
to do candidates interview on their behalf and select
suitable workers for their projects.

Registration:
Based upon our extremely bad experience and humiliation
due to applicant's backing out after final selection by
Saudi Employers, we announce the following strict
policy.
1. That "AL-NAJAM INTERNATIONAL" will not prefer any
Bio-data or application unless and until it is
accompanied by registration fee which is non refundable,
and shall be adjustable in the Recruitment Fee after
final approval, as follows:
Doctors & Engineers Rs: 2500/
All other categories Rs: 1500/
Only thereafter "AL-NAJAM INTERNATIONAL" shall try for a
candidate's job abroad.
2. It is requested that "ONLY" serious and interested
applicants who fulfill the above condition should apply
and are welcomed.
3. However non-registered applicant’s documents shall
also be sent for selections. But finally selection
preference shall be given only to registered applicants.
